◎简　　介　
       钱王钱通（李修贤）运用金钱与拳头几乎控制了一切行业，并为所欲为，只有号称铁胆拳王的庄严才敢与他抗衡，为替受欺压的民众出头，庄严出手打败钱通的手下，但却遭到钱通手下高手洪鹰的暗算，临终前嘱咐女儿（张玲）和徒儿鲁旦（姜大卫）练好他和妻子自创的歇后拳，可惜却还欠最后半招。
       庄严死后，钱通又再欺压百姓，并利用庄严的女儿和鲁旦替他除去了眼中钉洪鹰，面对大敌，庄小姐和鲁旦终于及时悟出最后的半招歇后拳，除去钱通，得报大仇。
