Kaiju film from 1982 period appears to be a Taiwanese variation of Clash of the Titans. When a menacing sea dragon comes to destroy China the people call on Mother Goddess to save them. This film combines elements of Japanese monster movies, old school kung fu flicks, and a bit of horror.
